As the Founder, President and CEO of WE Consulting Solutions, Wanda Scott Erinle, is focused to setting the strategic direction of the business, resourcing the strategy, and ensuring adherence to continual growth and mastering of instructional design, adult learning, facilitation, coaching and diversity equity and inclusion and belonging principals for the success of WE Consulting’s clients and the growth of the Team.
Prior to founding WE Consulting Solutions, Wanda was able to transition and build her businesses from several successful careers. Wanda worked as a Network Engineer for major fortune 500 companies serving the federal government. She has also been an asst. Professor at a state college in the discipline of Computer Engineering. She has a Master’s in Education from John’s Hopkins University and a bachelors of science from Hampton University.
